Federations
LarrySport is designed for sports federations and associations operating at different levels, adapting seamlessly to regional and national organizations with a parent federation and affiliated sub-federations.
With LarrySport, federations can manage and oversee all affiliated organizations, define categories and divisions, points systems, and competition formats, establish player eligibility requirements and promotion rules (such as moving from youth to senior categories or transferring between teams), verify and authorize players requested by clubs, define transfer rules and approve or reject transfer requests, classify coaches by category or division, manage playing venues, and much more.
In addition, organizations can assign different user roles, restricting access to information and features according to each user's responsibilities, such as finance, administration, scheduling, and more.
Clubs and teams
In LarrySport, federations are responsible for managing the registration of their affiliated clubs. Federation administrators grant club representatives access to the platform so they can manage their club’s day-to-day operations: keep club information up to date (contacts, addresses, phone numbers, injuries, biometric data, photos, and permissions), register their teams, request player and coach eligibility approvals, assign players to teams, request transfers, approve or reject transfer requests from other clubs for their players, and manage the digital scoresheet when their team plays at home.
LarrySport also offers a Role-Based App that allows each user to manage their federation from their mobile device.
Players and coaches
Each club manages its player registry through a historical database that allows users to filter records by status, gender, or category. Club administrators submit players for eligibility approval and insurance coverage, while the federation is responsible for approving or rejecting each request after verifying that the player meets the established requirements. For example, players under the age of 18 cannot be approved without submitting parental consent.
Coaches are managed centrally by the parent federation. Club administrators are responsible for registering them for each season, provided they are already included in the database.
Additionally, LarrySport offers the option to activate the statistics module, a valuable tool for elevating the level of sports management and performance analysis.
Referees and table officials
Both referees and table officials are managed centrally by the parent federation.
Table officials are authorized to work at the scorer’s table during a game, while referees are responsible for validating match results and correcting any errors in the scoresheet, whether entered live or after the match. They also generate reports that may lead to disciplinary sanctions.
LarrySport includes a Referee Supervisor role, responsible for assigning referees to each match once the fixtures have been scheduled.
Disciplinary Committee
LarrySport includes a comprehensive, self-managed disciplinary module that enables authorized officials to enforce sanctions in accordance with the organization’s regulations.
During a match, the referee or relevant authority can submit a report through the match scoresheet. The report then appears in the Disciplinary Committee’s dashboard as pending review.
The system allows the committee to issue sanctions against players, coaches, clubs, spectators, and even playing venues, specifying the relevant regulatory articles and the duration of each sanction.
